Sandra Mouras

Hi, I’m Sandra Mouras, certified massage therapist since 2005. I was born in France but live in Lanzarote. I speak English, French and Spanish.

I made the decision to live in Lanzarote after having met my son’s future father and for the past 22 years I have been lucky enough to taste and feel the magic and energy that comes from this volcanic island.

My healing instincts, my insights and my judgment helped me to improve my confidence in being able to release the physical and mental tensions of my clients. Throughout my professional life, I have acquired a unique experience, developing my professional skills through training (Sports massage, Intuitive massage, Reiki, Foot Reflexology, Myofascial Relaxation, Relaxation and Respiration).
